Armed Assault is a tactical military operations first and third person shooter game, the successor to Operation Flashpoint: Cold War Crisis. The game was developed by Bohemia Interactive and released in November 10, 2006 - May 4, 2007. The game replicates intense island warfare; the game takes place on a fictional Atlantic island, Sahrani.
